Aware is not your average supper club.
It’s the feeling of biting into something that tastes like a childhood memory, just bolder, louder, and dressed in better buns.
Born out of a love for burgers, sauces, and conversations that last longer than the meal, AWARE is an intimate supper club built around food and emotional intelligence. Every slider has a story. Every question has a purpose. And every guest leaves a little fuller; heart and stomach included.

We believe in food that makes you feel something. In moments that are messy and meaningful. In sitting across from strangers and leaving as friends (or lovers — we don’t judge).

The format? You eat, you play, you maybe cry, you maybe flirt; but you definitely ask someone to pass the napkins while wearing sauce like lip gloss.
Founded by Nour Faour, a chef with a sharp palate and a sharper sense of what brings people together, AWARE is a living room disguised as a dining room.
Or maybe it’s the other way around.

The Founder
I’m Nour Faour. Hi.

Chef. Curator of feelings. Professional over-thinker turned burger whisperer.
I didn’t just grow up around food; I grew up through it. Food was never just about what was on the plate. It was about who was at the table, what wasn’t being said, the tension, the laughter, the healing, the silence. The rituals. The chaos. The love.
I built AWARE as an extension of everything I am: emotional, curious, wildly passionate, and just the right amount of unhinged. It’s a place where flavors carry backstories, sauces trigger reflection, and strangers connect over something that feels bigger than dinner.
My background is in marketing for f&b, but my obsession has always been people; what makes them feel seen, safe, and alive. I cook the way I feel: all in, a little messy, always honest, and with too many sauces on the side.
AWARE isn’t just my supper club. It’s my heart in slider form.
Come hungry; for food, for connection, for something real.
